Lisa O’Daly is co-founder of ODW Partners, an independent HR consultancy built on experience, independence and judgement. She helps organisations navigate difficult workplace situations with clarity, fairness and humanity, drawing on a career spent advising leaders and boards through sensitive conversations, workplace conflict, investigations, restructures and major organisational change. An experienced senior HR leader and accredited mediator, Lisa was previously HR Director and later Managing Director of Professional Services at Chatham House, where she led teams spanning People, IT, digital transformation and operations. She believes difficult conversations rarely improve with age: handled early, directly and with genuine curiosity, they can build trust and prevent much bigger problems. Lisa brings practical insight, calm challenge and a refreshingly human perspective to leadership.
