As an Investment Manager at First Enterprise, I help drive economic growth by supporting UK start-ups and established businesses with responsible, unsecured loans ranging from £500 to £250,000. I work closely with entrepreneurs to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring they access the right funding to thrive.

We deliver finance through a range of national and regional programmes, including the Start Up Loans Scheme, Midlands Engine Investment Fund II (MEIF II), Regional Growth Fund (RGF), and Community ENABLE Funding (CEF).

I am passionate about levelling the playing field, particularly for businesses that face barriers to obtaining traditional finance from high street lenders. This includes women-led ventures, ethnic minority-owned businesses, and those in underserved or economically challenged communities.
