Louise Lithgow-Dicker is the founder of multi award-winning Go HR Ltd, the outsourced HR consultancy that SME owners turn to when people problems are costing them time, money, and sleep.

FCIPD-qualified with over 35 years' experience, Louise has held HR roles at every level up to People Director in a PLC, including senior positions at Vodafone, AstraZeneca and the National Exhibition Centre. For the last 12 years she's channelled that blue-chip experience into helping growing businesses protect themselves, build stronger teams, and treat HR as a driver of profit, not a pile of paperwork.
