Lucy Norris is the Co-Founder and Director of OCP Media, a UK-based live commerce consultancy and talent development studio helping brands and retailers succeed in the fast-growing world of livestream shopping. With around 20 years of experience spanning QVC, HSN, and the early days of livestream shopping in New York, Lucy brings a rare blend of on-screen broadcasting expertise and commercial strategy to every project.

Through OCP Media, Lucy works with brands and agencies across live commerce strategy, agency partnerships, and talent development helping clients build hosting capability, launch TikTok Shop Live and livestream programmes, and develop the presenters who front them. Her career took her from home shopping television in the US back to the UK, where she now sits at the intersection of retail, media, and emerging commerce formats.
