Margaret and her team plug in where they're needed most - from list growth and automations to leading the full email and CRM strategy alongside in-house teams.

She's worked with brands across fashion, wellness, homeware, gifting and B2B, blending bold strategy with creative storytelling to design emails that feel human and drive real results.

Margaret is also the co-founder of The CRM Space - The UK's professional community for CRM, retention and lifecycle marketers.
