Studio 34
I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in a working class family where hard work was the only standard. When I moved to the UK, I had no network, basic English, and a data mining gig that paid pence per email entry. Had everything failed, my backup plan was to go busking on the tube and streets of London - I still own that guitar as a reminder of where I come from.
Eventually I found my feet and in 2018 I founded Studio 34, a marketing agency with the purpose of Making Ideas Perform. I spent the last 8 years growing it into a team of 25 people and a turnover of 7-figures a year - even surviving Covid along the way.
Over the last decade, my work and my team delivered over £100M in online sales for our clients, with ROIs ranging from 8-25x.
I also supported the opening of 8 new leisure venues across the UK, Australia, and Canada, and co-founded a successful Fintech start-up in Australia.
One of my biggest achievements, however, is to have been able to do all of this without losing focus of the main goal I set out to accomplish when I founded Studio 34: To treat others the way I would LOVE to be treated. My team satisfaction is one of my main KPIs as a leader, one that we measure every 6 months, our last score as of April 2026 being 8.8/10.
Working with clients across 4 continents and 9 different time zones, and a team spread out across two countries I discovered the key to keep it all together: Culture and values. I surrounded myself with people who believe in my vision and share my values, and I relentlessly work on cultivating a culture of thinkers who deeply care about what they do every day, and get equally rewarded for it, not just financially.
