He co-founded UrbanChill, the worlds first on-site massage business, scaling it to 250+ people, and UrbanLeaf, which raised tens of millions of pounds for leading charities. Today, Mark works alongside founders as their businesses evolve beyond founder-led management, helping them as their first COO or MD and the next stage of scale. His expertise lies in establishing excellent governance, leadership and organisational structure to enable high-performing team to turn entrepreneurial ambition into sustainable performance.
