Megan Taylor is Managing Director of RISE Beyond, a B Corp consultancy working with leadership teams to navigate the realities of organisational change. With a background as a professional dancer and choreographer, she brings an embodied, systems-oriented approach to understanding how collaboration actually works, and why it so often doesn't.
Megan's work focuses on what most consultants avoid: the power dynamics, difficult tensions, and uncomfortable truths between people that determine whether organisations genuinely transform or simply perform change. She partners with C-suite teams to surface the hidden structures and everyday interactions that shape culture, then helps build the capacity to work more effectively together.
Since co-founding RISE Beyond in 2015, Megan has become known for her unflinching honesty about the limitations of traditional change and leadership work and her commitment to helping people move into the messy, necessary work of examining themselves, their assumptions, and the systems we all perpetuate.
