Melody Moore
Liberare Consulting
Melody Moore is a psychologist, executive coach and leadership expert who helps leaders think, decide and perform at their best when the pressure is on.
After more than 25 years working in leadership development across the public and private sectors, she has become fascinated by one question: how do we get out of our own way so that we can perform at our best. Her work combines psychology, neuroscience and practical leadership experience to answer that question in a way that is accessible, evidence-informed and immediately useful.
Melody is the founder of Liberare Consulting, where she works with organisations around the world to develop leaders who can navigate uncertainty, complexity and change. Her clients range from global corporations and public sector organisations to fast-growing businesses and entrepreneurs.
She is the creator of the Nervous System Compass, which is a practical approach to help leaders understand how their nervous system shapes thinking, behaviour, decision-making and relationships. Rather than treating leadership as a set of techniques, Melody focuses on the human operating system that sits beneath performance.
Melody is the author of The Inclusive Team and is currently writing Resonance: How Neural Intelligence Shapes Leadership and Performance. She also hosts The Secret Résumé podcast, where she explores the hidden experiences that shape successful leaders.
Her work has been featured by the BBC, The Times, HR Magazine and Personnel Today. She is known for making complex psychological ideas simple, practical and immediately applicable, leaving audiences with a completely different way of thinking about how they create high performing organisations.
