Mia is an experienced corporate trust professional who has gained significant experience in the debt capital markets and worked on a wide range of complex products. Her career has spanned assignments in a number of global blue chip firms which include banking, legal and professional services.

During her time at BNY Mellon, Mia successfully built the Bank's EMEA Global Structured Finance Trustee and Agency business and became the leading provider of choice for the market covering a myriad of asset classes, jurisdictions and complex structured transactions.

In 2005 Mia took a entreprenuerial path and established her own enterprise, Square Mile Connections Limited to provide a range of consultancy services to the fiduciary industry which included business development, growth strategy, talent acquisition and search. Today, Square Mile Connections is firmly established as a market leader in transaction banking recruitment and search.
