Michaela Pay is a speaker, bestselling author and creator of Protective Patterns™ - a framework exploring the hidden ways protection can influence the choices we make in business and life.

Her own business story has rarely followed the conventional route. After finding herself in a food bank queue in December 2020, she went on to build a business that generated a $144,000 sales month less than a year later.

Following the tragic death of her husband in 2022, Michaela stepped away from the business she had built to focus on her family and, eventually, began building again - this time asking very different questions about success, growth and what really drives the choices we make.
