Mostyn Wilson

Mostyn Wilson is a leadership advisor, speaker, and author who helps ambitious people to make a bigger impact with less effort.

His work centres on Outsized Leadership – the subject of his forthcoming book – which argues that the biggest gains in performance come not from doing more, but from getting radically clear on where your effort actually creates value.

He tests and refines this thinking with senior leaders at major financial services organisations, including HSBC, M&G, and RenaissanceRe. Before any of that, he spent 22 years at KPMG, where he was a client-facing partner while also sitting on the executive team of a £250m division, first as COO and then Head of People. He left KPMG in 2022 to build what he does now.

He holds a growing portfolio of board and advisory roles, including Investment Committee Chair and NED at TransRe London, is an ICF-accredited coach, and is Associate Faculty at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
