Nachelle Crowther works at the intersection of leadership, communication and social change , bringing people, ideas and unlikely perspectives together to create meaningful conversations and turn them into action.

She is the Founder & CEO of Generation Evolve, an ambitious new education model designed for the AI age, reimagining how young people learn, develop human capability and prepare for a rapidly changing world. Currently in pre seed with almost a third raised through angels.

Alongside building Generation Evolve, Nachelle works in global leadership and communication, helping leaders communicate with greater clarity, influence and human connection. A former national media professional, she brings a natural curiosity, strong editorial instinct and an ability to draw out the story, tension and insight within a conversation.

An FRSA, speaker and experienced moderator, Nachelle is particularly at home bringing together diverse voices around big ideas — and asking the questions that move a conversation somewhere interesting.
