Natalie spent 10 years at Piper Private Equity, where she now works as a consulant. In the last 5 years she founded Sunstone Leadership, offering coaching and mentoring to support leadership and commercial growth in scale-up consumer brands.  Additionally she is a Non-Executive Director at VIEVE and an Advisor at Mighty Mouthcare.
