Natasha Davies
Tasha Davies is NHS Partnerships & External Affairs Director at Keys Health (which includes ADHD360), working at the intersection of healthcare, policy, research and lived experience to improve how we understand and support neurodivergent people. Her particular interest is in turning big ideas into meaningful, practical change within healthcare and the wider systems around it. She is also deeply commited to advocating for national policy change that truly supports and recognises neurodiversity.
With almost 20 years in the NHS, including Director-level system leadership and a national NHS Improvement role, Natasha brings extensive experience in healthcare transformation and improvement. She is a Strategic Adviser to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for ADHD, a Non-Executive Director at Active Surrey and Co-Founder of Loop Dynamics Group, a 2025 UK StartUp Awards South East finalist.
She is a published author and co-authored Unstoppable by Design: Real Life Stories of ADHD, Grit and Success, published in 2025. She also created and edited the quarterly online magazine The Clumsy Explorer 2018-2022.
Tasha holds an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, specialising in supporting neurodivergent leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals. After almost two decades in the NHS, redundancy prompted her to set up her own business and rethink what she wanted the next chapter of her career to look like. Around the same time, she was navigating her own late ADHD diagnosis, a journey that ultimately helped shape the work she does today.
Outside work, she’s a mum of two, a writer, and a chronic collector of ideas who is still working out where to find the extra hours required to pursue all of them.
