Nicky Jackson is the founder and master blender behind Jackson Roze, an award-winning, family-run business producing premium non-alcoholic ginger drinks and wellness products.

Her journey began around her kitchen table during a difficult season when family debts were mounting and she was searching for a way to provide for her family. Drawing on a treasured fourth-generation family ginger wine recipe that dates back over 100 years, Nicky started making her nostalgic ginger drink at home, never imagining where that small step of faith would lead.

What began as a personal need soon became something much greater. By returning to pure, natural ingredients and creating products without extracts, flavourings or artificial additives, customers began sharing stories of improved wellbeing and positive health changes. Those testimonies transformed what started as a nostalgic family recipe into a business with a deeper purpose—to bring joy, comfort and wellness to others.

Today, Jackson Roze produces an award-winning range of non-alcoholic ginger wines, ginger shots made with raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, and botanical soft drinks under the Avodah by Jackson Roze range. The business has been recognised with numerous accolades, including awards from the Great Taste Awards, Great British Food Awards, Nourish Awards, Blas na hÉireann – The Irish Food Awards, and the Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards, alongside being shortlisted as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
