I have worked in recruitment for over 30 years and set up my own headhunting business in 2013 focused on startups, scaleups and SME’s. I work mainly across the deeptech, biotech, healthtech and cleantech industries building and strengthening senior management and board teams. I have an extremely strong network across the southeast, and although I typically work for UK based companies I often work on mandates for international based roles.
