Nicole Bateman is the Founder of The Friendly SEND Advisor, a neuro-inclusion trainer, and a former teacher with 11 years of classroom experience. As an ADHDer and a mother to an autistic son with epilepsy, Nicole is on a mission to ensure no child misses out on activities they love. She provides practical and engaging neuro-inclusion training to help children's activity providers and family-facing organisations ensure every child feels safe, understood, and included. A recognised leader in her field, Nicole was named on the Top 100 Female Founders List 2026 and is a Theo Paphitis SBS winner. Her accolades include winning the Early Stage Stand Out award at the 2025 Great British Entrepreneur Awards and Education and Training Start Up of the year in the South West for 2026.
