Business Unfinished

Paul Green is an entrepreneur, business coach and speaker with a track record of creating start-ups, developing award-winning businesses and helping organisations build stronger customer relationships.

In 2017, Paul created Caffè Velo Verde, an independent cycle café based in a wooden building in a Nottinghamshire farmyard. Within just 12 weeks of opening, it had become the area’s number-one-rated café on TripAdvisor. Its success was built around a distinctive culture and an unusually strong approach to customer service, creating an experience that customers wanted to talk about, recommend and return to.

After selling the café just five weeks before the first national lockdown, Paul moved into senior roles within membership organisations before founding Business Unfinished, his coaching and consultancy business. Today, he works with business owners and leadership teams on customer service, sales, strategy, culture and sustainable business growth.

Paul is also the co-founder of Ignite! The Disruptive Business Event and founder of The Speakers Den. He is a regular speaker, event host and panellist, known for combining practical business experience with an honest, energetic and highly relatable style.
