Pauline V. Muswere-Enagbonma is a social care reformer, founder, Chief Executive Officer and care-tech innovator reshaping the future of humane, inclusive support across the UK. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jessamy Staffing Solutions and Jessamy Platinum Homecare, Founder of Lumina Pathways CIC, and Inventor of JessamyCareOne, she leads an integrated ecosystem spanning regulated care, specialist staffing, supported housing, workforce development, transport, technology and community inclusion. A visually impaired Black woman with albinism, Pauline transforms lived experience, bereavement and leadership into systems that protect dignity, widen opportunity and challenge institutional complacency. Her work is rooted in love, equity, innovation, legacy and rigorous governance. Through her ventures, she is building practical models for trauma-informed care, culturally competent services, ethical workforce reform and digital transformation in social care.
