Phil Anderton was the founder of the award-winning ADHD clinic ADHD 360. With an acknowledged expertise emerging from 20+ years of working in the field of neurodiversity, Phil took ‘360 from startup to exit in 7 years.

Changing the lives of over 63,000 patients and their families, 360 remains Phil’s career defining success. A former senior police officer, a qualified pilot and now consulting to both the ADHD and aviation communities, Phil, proudly is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Medicine and the Institute of Leadership and Management. Phil was the 2025 recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year and Small/Medium sized business of the year in the Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards.
