POLLY AMOROUS

Polly Hazlewood is a somatic sexologist and embodied relationship coach, trained by The Somatica®️ Institute, co-host of an award-winning podcast, and founder of Polly Amorous: specialising in relationship repair, starting with the one we have with ourselves. She is also co-founder of The Fuchsia Group, where she brings her expertise in relational dynamics to organisations, building the human layer of performance: psychological safety, trust and engagement.

Polly helps people from burnt-out founders to couples in long-term relationships stop chasing a "prescribed" idea of success and instead find the fastest, most reliable path to fulfilment: bedroom, boardroom and beyond. Known for cutting through the noise and rapidly identifying the root issue, she guides people out of their heads and reconnects them with their bodies, challenging the idea that lasting change happens through conversation alone: it happens only when it's felt. The transformative body-based methods she uses combine neuroscience, psychology and nervous-system literacy to surface the underlying patterns holding people back and driving their reactive behaviours. Clients leave feeling seen, challenged and clear on what they want, how to change it, and how to make it stick.

Polly is also a broadcaster and co-host on The Mother Pukka Show with Global (a British Podcast Award winner reaching over 250,000 listens a month) and a seasoned speaker known for her unfiltered topics, candid humour and deep insight. She has spoken on stages from the West End with Live Nation to The Big Retreat.
