Out & Wild

Polly Shute is an Award Winning Founder, Non-Exec Director and Global Speaker.

She runs Out & Wild Festival, the UK's biggest festival for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people, is the founder of Pride Swims and is the new co-founder of a female focused Speaker and Training Agency, launching this autumn.

Polly has won multiple awards for her work around inclusion and spoken and worked with brands such as Amazon, Tesco, Spotify and Sky. She passionate about creating fun, safe and supportive spaces for the communities she works with and has been recognised as a Changemaker by the British LBGT Awards and the European Sponsorship Awards.

An ex-Brand Director Polly is a Non-Exec Director for Outvertising, the LGBTQIA+ advocacy group for UK advertising and marketing.
