Impetus Global and Impetus Leadership

Rachel House co-created iDrive and iComms, diagnostic tools now used across businesses to help people understand what drives them and how they communicate under pressure, and to help leaders actually do something with that insight rather than just label it.

She co-founded Impetus Global in 2022 with Andrew Shaw, then went on to found Impetus Leadership, working directly with senior teams to turn diagnostic insight into behaviour change through coaching and modular development programmes.

That thinking is built on more than 20 years inside hospitality, retail, leisure and international operations, not theory borrowed from elsewhere. She built her reputation on honest feedback, the kind people thanked her for even when it wasn't what they wanted to hear.

Her approach is practical: flex your behaviour, read what drives others, communicate to be understood.
