Rachel Murphy is the founder of The Grafter, an advisory firm supporting leaders in scaling, raising, and exiting their businesses. Her work is centred on helping founders build sellable companies and achieve successful exits, drawing from her own experience of two successful exits, including one for £13.3 million in 1000 days.

Through The Grafter's Grow, Raise, Exit™ programme, Rachel and her team guide founders in optimising revenue, securing appropriate capital, and exiting with confidence. This programme is informed by the collective experience of her team, 'Exiteers™', who have built and exited 10 UK consultancies with a combined value exceeding £50 million. Rachel believes in empowering founders to take control of their business journeys.
