Rebecca Leppard is a former journalist who cut her marketing teeth in corporate hospitality in Asia, 16 years ago. Since then she's built a career across corporate, agency and tech: leading content strategy that turns attention into trust, and trust into revenue. In 2020 she moved to England and founded a personal branding agency, Upgrading Women. Rebecca also teaches digital and leadership skills to Indonesian women, so they can build economic independence through remote work. When she's not parenting her three children, she's Head of Content at Women in Tech UK, and a Non-Executive Director at Seidea CIC, BME Women in Cybersecurity & AI.
