Ricky Blair is an entrepreneur, mentor and HelpBnk Ambassador, with a journey that took him from leaving school at 16 to building and selling Hatton Real Estate to Colliers International.

Now based in LA, he mentors entrepreneurs, students and high-profile individuals around the world.

He’s helped entrepreneurs raise millions on shows including Shark Tank and Dragon’s Den, and has advised the UK Government on entrepreneurship and education.

In 2023, Ricky founded Platform Seven, helping bridge the gap between traditional education and the real world through courses, events and mentoring.

At the heart of Ricky’s work is giving back and paying forward the support and guidance that helped shape his own success.
