Ryan Swain – Presenter, DJ, Skateboarder, Advocate and Founder of You, Me & ADHD
Ryan Swain is a presenter, DJ, skateboarder and passionate advocate for ADHD, neurodiversity and SEND families. Living with Tourette’s and drawing from his own lived experience, Ryan brings an authentic, honest and true-to-life voice to conversations around inclusion, understanding and support.
As the founder and presenter of You, Me & ADHD, Ryan delivers powerful free talks across schools, colleges, universities and the education sector throughout the UK, sharing real stories from neurodivergent individuals and families. His work focuses on raising awareness, reducing stigma and highlighting the importance of early intervention and prevention.
Ryan has been invited to Parliament as a speaker and panelist, contributing to important discussions around ADHD, neurodiversity and improving support for children, young people and families. He believes lived experience should be at the heart of decision-making and that people must be listened to, not just spoken about.
Combining storytelling, humour and passion, Ryan creates engaging conversations that challenge perceptions and celebrate the strengths of neurodivergent people.
Alongside his advocacy work, Ryan is a lifelong skateboarder and DJ, using creativity, music and community to inspire connection, confidence and belonging.
