Ryan Swain

Ryan Swain is an award-winning British presenter, entertainer, DJ, skateboard coach and neurodiversity advocate from North Yorkshire. With a career spanning television, radio, live events and community work, Ryan is known for his energetic, authentic and relatable approach.

Drawing on his own lived experience of ADHD, Ryan created You, Me & ADHD®, a voluntary initiative delivering free talks across the UK to schools, colleges, universities, organisations and communities. His mission is to challenge stigma, improve understanding and champion inclusion through honest conversation and practical insight.

Ryan also contributes to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for ADHD and founded Ryedale Skate School, using skateboarding to build confidence, resilience and opportunity for young people. His work combines entertainment, advocacy and community impact to help create positive, lasting change.
