Sadie Restorick is Group CEO of Phoenix Horizon Group, an Amazon bestselling author, international keynote speaker, published academic and founder of Snowball, a global community where trainers, coaches, consultants and experts come together to learn, connect and become unforgettable at what they do.

For more than 16 years, Sadie has been at the forefront of workplace wellbeing, leadership development and psychosocial risk management, partnering with organisations across five continents to create healthier workplaces, stronger leaders and learning experiences that drive meaningful behavioural change. She has personally trained more than 100,000 people worldwide, while the learning solutions developed by her businesses have reached more than one million employees globally. In 2026, she was named a finalist for Global Entrepreneur of the Year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, recognising her contribution to innovation, business growth and global impact.

Her work has taken her around the world, partnering with organisations including Amazon, Moody's, Warner Bros. Discovery, Siemens, Kraft Heinz, Fujitsu, the Metropolitan Police, the NHS and many more. Named Global Inspirational Woman of the Year 2025 and Great British Businesswoman of the Year 2024, Sadie is recognised internationally for challenging conventional thinking and raising the standard of workplace learning. Beyond her own keynote speaking and consultancy, Sadie and her team have built a global network of more than 200 accredited trainers, facilitators and subject matter experts, delivering specialist programmes across leadership, mental health, neurodiversity, inclusion, financial wellbeing, men's health, women's health and many other disciplines.
