Sandra Garlick MBE
Female Founders Unfiltered®
I help established business owners become known, trusted and in demand through strategic speaking. If you've built a successful business but still feel like one of your industry's best-kept secrets, you're in the right place.
I don't believe speaking is about delivering the perfect presentation. I believe it's one of the most powerful ways to build trust, grow your reputation and create opportunities that simply don't happen when you stay behind the scenes.
Whether you're speaking on stage, hosting a podcast, leading a workshop, contributing to a panel or introducing yourself in a networking room, every opportunity to speak should have a purpose.
That's what I call strategic speaking.
It's about knowing where to speak, what to say, who needs to hear it and how to turn every speaking opportunity into lasting credibility, meaningful relationships and business growth.
I've spent more than 25 years helping business owners grow successful businesses.
Before starting Woman Who®, I founded a Legal 500 employment and business law firm and later spent a decade working in professional football. Those experiences taught me that expertise alone is rarely enough. You also need to be known for it.
In 2020, I was honoured to receive an MBE for services to women in business, recognising the opportunities I've created for thousands of women over the past decade.
I believe you can't be what you can't see. That belief has shaped everything I've built.
Today, I'm the founder of Woman Who®, creator of the Woman Who Awards, founder of Mic Drop® Live, host of the Mic Drop Moments podcast and mentor to business owners who want to become recognised authorities through speaking.
One of the things I'm most proud of is that I don't just help people become better speakers. I create opportunities for them to speak. Through my events, podcast, awards, community and network, I've helped thousands of people find their voice, share their expertise and step into opportunities they might never have imagined possible.
My mission is to create more women in business role models to inspire others, whilst helping business owners of all backgrounds become recognised for what they know and the value they bring.
