Sarah Rees

Sarah is the Founder and Managing Director of Beaumonde Consulting, a boutique M&A advisory and executive search firm operating across the UK and Europe.

Beaumonde delivers end-to-end M&A advisory and senior leadership placement, with a track record of over 50 completed cross-border acquisitions and more than 200 executive appointments. The firm works with corporates and investors/private equity or owner-managed businesses across the full deal lifecycle, from market mapping for deal origination through to negotiation, overseeing due diligence and to ensure successful completion on time and on budget. Active deals in engineering, nuclear, renewable energy, packaging, business services and FMCG sectors, underpinned by two decades of transactional experience across mandates ranging from £5m to £197m.

Sarah is the newly appointed CEO of WAW and will be in attendance at Ideas Fest to raise awareness of our syndicate, talk to people (men and women) about investing in female founded businesses in Wales and identifying potential deal flow for pitching to our investors.
