Shiromi Bedessee
Kin. | Time Well Spent
Shiromi is the Founder of Kin.
One of the UK's earliest voices in the emerging Guidance Gap Market, eclipsing the Skills Market within 6 to 8 years. A global media and communications specialist, her career spans journalism, gaming, built environment and facilities management.
She believes the most powerful technology starts with a human problem, not an AI quick fix. The biggest indicator of longevity is your social community. People getting their shot should not depend on luck or who they know. She believes it should be democratised.
Her tech sits at the intersection of impact, deep tech and the future of work. Shiromi has spoken as part of the Longevity Lab at the World Beautiful Business Forum in Athens, OneTechWorld 2026, and addressed Parliament and the Treasury on the cost of overlooking SMEs, tech and social longevity. She is a member of The Association for Competitive Technology, LSE Generate and hosts Plates of Reason, a London supper club for underrepresented voices.
