Shiv Misra is the founder of Kindly, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable initiatives. Since its inception, Kindly has successfully launched over 50 community-led projects across the UK, focusing on environmental conservation and local economic development.

Known for his innovative approach to social impact, Shiv has a recognised talent for mobilising volunteers and fostering strong local partnerships. His work has previously earned him the 'Community Champion' award from the Social Enterprise Network in 2022, recognising his unwavering commitment to grassroots change.

Outside of his impactful work, Shiv is an avid gardener, often spending weekends tending to his allotment and sharing his homegrown produce with neighbours.
