Stacey van den Aardweg has spent her career at the intersection of technology and operations. As a Director at Amazon for eight years, she ran a $20B business across UK Marketplace, Global Selling and Fulfilment. She rebuilt the cross-border logistics that reopened UK-EU trade after Brexit, expanded Amazon's seller base from China and the US, and sat on the boards of Amazon's UK payments and lending businesses, both FCA-regulated. Before Amazon, she ran a 300-site retail chain and started out in investment banking and management consulting.
Now she's applying the same skills to build an AI-native fintech for consumer brands. At Amazon, she saw how even large consumer brands operated blind across their order-to-cash cycle: orders, invoices, payments and deductions in different systems, reconciled manually, with cost leakage nobody could see until it was too late. Fluxo fixes that. It becomes the single system of record from PO to payment, giving brands full visibility, automating reconciliation, and recovering cash most businesses don't know they're losing.
Beyond Fluxo, Stacey advises listed and PE-backed businesses on commercial scaling and AI applications that deliver solid returns. She sits on the board of MOLO, an AI consumer tech company, and is an Innovation Advisor for Save the Children. She is a governor at Croydon High School and a regular keynote speaker and guest lecturer.
She is mum to two young boys, plays more padel than is strictly sensible and is an occasional Beaver Scout leader, a role she insists is excellent training for coaching senior executives.
