Suz Bannister is a seasoned marketing professional with 15-years experience in brand activation, driving awareness for the world's most renowned brands. She spent 10-years in a global agency role leading £1M+ campaigns for brands including Peloton, LVMH and Coca-Cola. Most recently, she founded her own "anti-agency" Creator Maker, a flexible business modelled around a curated collective of professionals relevant to each project, delivering work for clients including CHANEL, United Nations and Spotify.

She specialises in creating immersive brand worlds and leveraging an omnichannel approach to connect digital and physical touchpoints, with a deep understanding of the communication ecosystem surrounding brand building and the importance of community. Suz's approach to business aligned with RISER's people-first philosophy, and with the opportunity to help millions of careers at scale, the appointment of Co-Founder soon followed.
