With more than 17 years’ experience, Tara has designed and delivered award-winning finance training for SMEs, corporates and education providers. She has worked with organisations including Volkswagen, Nottingham Trent University, Barclays, Xero, Acudemy and INPD.

Her practical, decision-focused approach brings P&Ls, cash flow and KPIs to life, helping teams understand the story behind their numbers and use it to make stronger business decisions.

Tara is a published accounting author, a member of the Xero Financial Confidence Taskforce and a Steering Committee Member for The Maple Review. Her recognition includes winning Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday and being named in the 2025 f:Entrepreneur Top 100.

In 2025, Tara launched She Starts Smart, a platform supporting women-led, service-based businesses.
