As CEO and co-founder of The Doula Hive, she is building the data infrastructure behind non-clinical maternity care, making visible the work the health system has leaned on for decades and never counted. She mentors founders through Tif Bryant Ventures and holds a UK Innovator Founder Visa, one of the country's most selective. Before this she built ATX Doulas without investors or paid marketing, hiring and leading over 100 doulas across 13 years. Her whole career has been spent getting other people heard and seen. She gets rooms the answers they came for.
