Tribeni Chougule is the founder of Kinspace, a leadership and organisational consultant, executive coach and speaker with 25 years’ experience across technology, financial services and global organisations. Her work explores the hidden dynamics that shape leadership, culture, trust and inclusion, often through a living-systems lens, and she draws on nature-connected approaches in her coaching and facilitation. Her work in inclusion, mentoring and women in technology has received recognition from Women of the Future, WeAreTheCity and Innovate Finance. Tribeni holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and is an ICF-accredited coach and EMCC Senior Practitioner.
