Wes Wilkes is a founder, innovator and one of the UK’s most forward-thinking voices in wealth management. As CEO and founder of IronMarket and the NET-WORTH NTWRK, he has spent over a decade challenging how the financial services industry thinks about money, wealth and advice.

Wes founded IronMarket in 2013 with a clear vision to stand alongside brain-on business owners, entrepreneurs and senior leaders as a true partner in building, protecting and growing their wealth. His specialism is the founder journey: the scaling years, the investment decisions, the exit, and the often-overlooked question of what to do with the wealth once the deal is done. IronMarket operates across wealth management, risk management and talent services, and has been recognised by Citywire for investment performance – best small firm in the UK for Investment Performance, making the shortlist for the 2026 Professional Adviser Champion of Advice Award.

In 2024, Wes took that mission further by founding Fint Invest alongside AJ and Curtis Pritchard, whose wealth journey he had guided for years as their personal wealth mentor. That experience gave Wes a first-hand view of the financial knowledge gap facing the next generation: ambitious people wanting to build their future, but without the knowledge or framework to know where to begin.

Fint was created to change that. The FCA-regulated investment app combines investing with financial education, giving people the knowledge, tools and confidence to start building their financial future from £50 a month. It is a practical expression of Wes’s long-held belief that understanding money shouldn’t be a privilege.
