## Biography

Yaeger Irwin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Project Management, an award-winning project management consultancy delivering complex construction and property projects throughout the UK. With more than two decades of industry experience, Yaeger has built a reputation for combining technical excellence with authentic leadership, helping clients successfully deliver projects ranging from £10,000 refurbishments to developments exceeding £400 million.

Having worked across both contractor and consultancy environments, Yaeger brings a rare perspective to project delivery. Her career has spanned major commercial developments, high-end residential schemes, retail rollouts, hospitality, healthcare, workplace transformation, listed buildings and complex refurbishment projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams on nationally significant programmes, managed high-profile stakeholder relationships and advised clients on some of the industry's most challenging delivery environments.

Before founding Bloom Project Management in 2023, Yaeger held senior leadership positions within global consultancies, including Regional Director at AECOM. During her time in corporate leadership she developed extensive expertise in project management, programme management, contract administration, strategic client relationships and business growth. However, after years working within large organisations, she recognised an opportunity to build something different - creating a consultancy that retained the technical rigour of a global business while delivering the agility, personal service and entrepreneurial mindset often associated with smaller specialist practices.

That vision became Bloom Project Management.

Starting from a spare bedroom with little more than determination, experience and an unwavering belief in doing business differently, Yaeger launched Bloom Project Management in July 2023. The business was built around a simple philosophy: deliver exceptional project management while creating a company where people genuinely enjoy working, clients feel valued and relationships are prioritised above transactions.

What began as a start-up has rapidly evolved into an award-winning consultancy supporting clients across the UK. Bloom now delivers project management, contract administration, programme management and client representative services across multiple sectors, working with organisations ranging from global retailers and commercial developers to private clients and healthcare providers.

Under Yaeger's leadership, Bloom has developed a reputation for becoming trusted partners rather than simply project managers. The consultancy is known for stepping into complex projects, simplifying challenges and providing calm, strategic leadership through every stage of delivery.
