Yaeger Irwin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Project Management, an award-winning consultancy delivering complex construction and property projects throughout the UK. With over two decades of industry experience, Yaeger is known for combining technical excellence with authentic leadership, successfully delivering projects from £10,000 refurbishments to developments exceeding £400 million.

Having worked across both contractor and consultancy environments, including as Regional Director at AECOM, Yaeger brings a rare perspective to project delivery. Her career spans major commercial developments, high-end residential schemes, retail rollouts and complex refurbishment projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams on nationally significant programmes and advised clients in challenging delivery environments.

Starting Bloom Project Management in 2023, Yaeger aimed to build a consultancy that retained the technical rigour of a global business while offering the agility and personal service of a specialist practice. Under her leadership, Bloom has rapidly grown into an award-winning firm, known for its trusted partnerships and for providing calm, strategic leadership through every stage of delivery.
