Yota has worked in tech for over 15 years, first as a software engineer, then in leadership roles at Amazon and Yahoo. For the last seven years, she's worked with leaders and exec teams inside companies including Google, Microsoft, and the Bank of England.

She’s now focused on the part of AI transformation that doesn't usually show up in the strategy deck: getting people not just on board but excited about the changes.

Yota is also the founder of Together in Tech, a global community of 8,000+ people building a more human and inclusive tech industry. She currently sits on the advisory board of UCL's School of Management, and is a UK representative to the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

She lives and works in London.
