Since 2014, she has been on a mission to challenge the status quo in the FMCG industry and offer consumers a healthier, tastier, and more sustainable alternative to conventional soft drinks.

With over 13 years of experience in innovation, supply chain, operations, and program management across various industries, Julia has developed a strong and integrated sales and marketing team, built up a manufacturing and supply chain model from scratch, and implemented process and data-driven tools to optimize performance and efficiency. Thanks to their multi-channel approach, Nix&Kix can be found in over 10,000 distribution points, including major retailers, convenience stores, food service, and online platforms, as well as internationally in the Netherlands and Ireland. Julia is also passionate about mentoring and supporting talent in ops, supply chain, product development, and leadership, and offers pro bono mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs four times a year.
