Phil Anderton

With over 20 years of experience in the field of ADHD, Phil Anderton’s focus lies in optimising processes and management strategies to effectively support individuals with ADHD.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Phil demonstrates a commitment to continuous growth and development in leadership and management practices, ensuring that he stays at the forefront of industry standards.

One of the most rewarding moments in Phil’s career was the creation of ADHD 360. The organisation has experienced remarkable growth and continues to positively impact the lives of countless individuals. Witnessing the evolution and progress of the team, as well as the transformative impact on patients’ lives, brings Phil immense satisfaction.

Phil regularly attends headline international conferences on Psychiatry (APA, EIP), ADHD (CHADD), and healthcare technology and management (Arab health, HIMSS). This allows him to stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in the field.

The most rewarding aspect of Phil’s role is witnessing the growth and success of his team, as well as receiving heartfelt comments and expressions of gratitude from patients. Their progress and improved quality of life serve as a testament to the positive impact Phil strives to make.

Outside of his professional life, Phil enjoys photography, which serves as a creative outlet and allows him to capture moments and explore different perspectives.

Phil recently completed a paper titled “ADHD and its Impact on Juvenile Justice,” scheduled for publication in the Bond Law Review in May 2023. His wholehearted commitment is evident in his tireless efforts to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with ADHD.
