Coming for the first time? Here's what regulars wish they'd known before their first two days in the field.

Sort your accommodation early

If you'd like to stay on site, book early. If you're staying off site, Tring, Berkhamsted and Aylesbury all have plenty of hotels and rentals close by.

Don't overplan your day

It's tempting to map out every session, but some of the best moments at Ideas Fest happen in between. Leave gaps to wander, grab a coffee and talk to whoever's next to you.

Explore every zone

There are already six confirmed zones in 2027: Founder Recovery, Ideas by Her, Startup, Growth, Marketing, and the new Creative & Creator. Even if one feels most like you, dip into the others. That's often where the surprises are.

Catch a session in Unapologetic

Even if it's not what you'd normally go for, the Unapologetic space hosts some of the most talked-about sessions of the festival.

Stay for the evening

The festival doesn't wrap up when the talks do. Some of the best conversations happen once the sun goes down.

Bring your team

Ideas Fest is even better with the people you work with. Five Passes are £745, which works out at £149 each.
