Behind Ideas Fest is a small, passionate team based in Cardiff, dedicated to creating experiences that matter. We don't just organise events — we craft moments that reflect the energy, ambition, and spirit of the entrepreneurial community we serve. Over time, something beautiful has happened: founders started calling Ideas Fest the annual pilgrimage for entrepreneurs. For two days at the end of each summer, they return to reset, recharge, and reconnect with why they started in the first place. It's not about status or success — it's about belonging, shared ambition, and joy.

Ideas Fest is a space where conversations flow freely, ideas ignite in unexpected ways, and the energy of being around people who truly understand you is palpable. Every laugh, every insight, every connection adds to the sense of being part of something bigger than yourself.

Ideas Fest was born from a simple idea: entrepreneurs need space to connect, reflect, and think differently. After years spent alongside founders and business leaders through our communities and awards programmes, one thing has always stood out: the energy that comes from being around people who truly understand the journey.

The conversations that happen when the usual filters are stripped away are where real breakthroughs begin, where big ideas take shape, and where perspectives shift.

I wanted to create a space that captured that energy. Somewhere people can show up as themselves, share ideas openly, challenge each other, and leave inspired to build, create, and keep going.

What excites me most is witnessing what happens when thousands of founders, creators, and doers come together: the connections formed, the ideas that grow, and the sense of possibility that fills the air.
