Malavika Nair
Jake Karia grew up in Leicester, where the whole family sat round the table for his mum's Indian cooking. That taste never left him. He left school at 16 and built a successful career in real estate, but food kept pulling him back, so he walked away to follow his passion. He started selling finger food to high-end restaurants, inspired by his mum's recipes, and in 2013 he set up Food Attraction with his brother Naynesh and his wife Neeyantee. They kept hitting the same problem: busy days, and nothing convenient that tasted like home. So they wrapped a full Indian meal in a naan and built Jake & Nayns' around it, and now the loaded naans and burritos are in all the big supermarkets across the U.K.

- Jake & Nayns' is a family-run company started by two brothers, Jake and Nayns, who wanted to make Indian food for convenience, inspired by their love of street food and their family's cooking. They're the inventors of the award-winning loaded naans, and the range now also includes burritos. The idea was simple: they couldn't find tasty handheld food that suited busy days, so they built it. Everything is made to eat chilled or heat in about 90 seconds, with no cutlery and no mess.
