Ideas Fest is the UK's biggest entrepreneurial festival. Two days of main stage talks, workshops, live music, networking, and unforgettable evening events at Champneys Tring, Hertfordshire. Called "the Glastonbury for business" by attendees, it brings together 6,000+ entrepreneurs each year.
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Ideas Fest. Without you, none of it happens. In return, you'll get a front-row seat to the UK's most inspiring entrepreneurial gathering.

Volunteer at Ideas Fest
Ideas Fest is one of the UK's most exciting entrepreneurship events, and our volunteers are at the heart of it. Whether you're helping run the show, capturing content, or leading a team, volunteering is a brilliant way to get behind the scenes, meet inspiring founders, and be part of something genuinely special - all while getting rewarded for your time.

A refundable £25 deposit is required if your application is successful. This will be returned to you in full once you have completed your shifts at the festival. The deposit helps us ensure our volunteer team is fully committed and ready to make Ideas Fest the best it can be.

Volunteer
Our volunteers keep Ideas Fest running smoothly, welcoming attendees, supporting the production team and helping run the stages. No experience needed, just great energy and a love for entrepreneurship.
Apply as VolunteerLead
Leads are experienced, confident organisers who take charge of a specific zone at Ideas Fest. You'll manage a small team of volunteers, liaise with the Ideas Fest team, and make quick decisions under pressure. Previous event experience preferred.
Position FullContent Army
The Content Army captures Ideas Fest as it happens, on the ground, in the moments that matter. You'll be creating short-form video, photography, and social content live at the event. You need a good eye, quick instincts, and confidence with a camera or phone.
