What to Bring / What to Wear

Ideas Fest is outdoors on the grounds of a country estate. Think smart-casual with a festival edge. Comfortable shoes are essential. Layers are wise. Nobody will judge you for wearing wellies with a blazer.

There is a free bag drop next to registration if you are arriving straight from the train. Space is limited, so travel light and only bring what you need for the day.

Bring

Comfortable shoes, layers, a waterproof, sunscreen, a portable charger, an open mind, and at least one good story.

Leave Behind

Your pitch deck, your ego, and the assumption that a business event has to be boring.

FAQs

Do I need a ticket for both days?

You can buy a one-day pass or a two-day pass. The two-day pass gives you access to everything, including the evening programme.

Is food included?

Your ticket includes access to all zones and stages. Food and drink are available from our onsite vendors and are purchased separately.

Can I bring my team?

Absolutely. Team Passes are designed for groups, with discounted rates.

Is there WiFi onsite?

There is WiFi in the co-working space and 4G/5G coverage across the site. But honestly, try putting your phone away. That is where the magic happens.

What happens if it rains?

Ideas Fest runs rain or shine. All stages and most zones are covered. Bring a waterproof just in case. It is part of the experience.

Is there parking?

Parking onsite and nearby for 2027 will go on sale soon. There are also free festival buses from Tring Train Station on both days.

Is the venue accessible?

The site at Champneys Tring is relatively flat and we do everything we can to make it as accessible as possible in all weather conditions. If you have any particular concerns or requirements, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
